Chef Jose Sosa: Executive Chef Partner Chef José Sosa brings unparalleled culinary expertise to The Greggory. Raised on his grandparents' farm outside Mexico City, he developed a deep respect for nature, quality ingredients, and hard work—values that define his cooking. Moving to Chicago as a teenager, he began his culinary journey at Rosewood Restaurant, launching a career that spanned some of the city’s most iconic kitchens. Chef Sosa spent 18 years with Gibsons Restaurant Group, advancing to executive chef roles at Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House, LUXBAR, and Gibsons Italia.
